General terms and conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Celina Bådstangen (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") who book services related to horse training, riding lessons, and organized courses through the Provider's online shop.

3. Description of Services
The Provider offers on-site and online riding lessons as well as horse training. Organized courses are also available. The specific offers and descriptions can be viewed on the Provider’s website.
4. Contracting Parties
Contracts are generally concluded with end consumers, but businesses may also be contracting parties. In the case of minors, the consent of a legal guardian is required to enter into a contract.
5. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the Customer makes a booking via the Provider's online shop and the service is accepted upon full payment of the service and confirmation of the order by the Provider. Reservations are only binding once payment has been made in full.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for the booked service is made exclusively via Stripe (including PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay). Payment is due immediately after the order is placed. No discounts are offered.
7. Delivery and Performance of Services
The booking confirmation will be sent via email. The booked lessons or courses will take place at the agreed location and time as indicated in the online shop.
8. No Right of Withdrawal
Since our services are provided on a fixed date, the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply once the booking is completed.
9. Cancellation Policy for Courses
Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the booked date. In this case, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date or for no-shows.
10. Cancellation Policy for Online Lessons
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment: Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked date. No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will apply for cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment or no-show: No refund of the booking amount will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.
11. Goodwill Policy
If the Customer is unable to attend a booked service, we will make efforts to find a fair solution. In individual cases, a voucher for a future event may be offered as a gesture of goodwill. However, there is no entitlement to a voucher.
12. Cancellation by the Provider
If a booked lesson or course is canceled due to reasons for which the Provider is responsible (e.g., illness of the Provider, unforeseen events), the Customer will be offered either an alternative date or a voucher for future events. No cash reimbursement or full refund of the booking amount will be provided.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for any services offered by the Provider.

13. Liability
The Provider’s liability for damages caused by simple negligence is limited to the legally permissible minimum. The Provider does not guarantee the services provided. Liability for damages caused by the Customer’s or third parties' actions is excluded.
14. Data Protection
The Provider collects, stores, and processes Customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy , which can be viewed on the website. The Provider is committed to complying with all legal provisions concerning data protection.
15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in a timely manner. The amended T&Cs will be considered accepted if the Customer does not object within 14 days of being notified of the change.
16. Invalidity of Clauses
If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
17. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For all disputes arising from or in connection with the contract, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany, if the Customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
